RESET For Prepared Nintendo Entertainment System
Interactive video installation in collaboration with Laura Wickesberg.
Bio:
A recent graduate from Pratt School of Architecture, Laura Wickesberg (Laurawesome) spans across architecture, music and art. Her work fuses an understanding of space with interaction. She has exhibited with Ruy Klein in the Fabrications 2 exhibition in the Siegel Gallery and currently she works with Giostra and partners architects. She has also worked with Daan Roosegarde Studio on interactive projects in the Netherlands and is excited to explore new territories collaborating with Jeff Donaldson for Bent Festival.

Prepared NES Improvisations
Audio/visual performance
A real-time audio/visual performance generated by a 1986 Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) that was prepared by creatively short-circuiting it. The shorts generate video using the ROM data from the game Duck Hunt and raw machine noise is amplified to create an audio/visual synchronization.

Jeff Donaldson has performed and shown work at galleries internationally including LABoral Gijon, Spain, iMAL Bruxelles, Belgium, vertexList NYC, and Museu de Arte Moderna Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. He currently lives & works in Brooklyn, NY and is a contributing writer for Artpulse magazine.
